How they work

The support ring's extending lips protect the seal from extrusion damage when pressurized.

Materials

Inner sealing element: Made of nitrile rubber (NBR) or Viton (FKM)
Back-up rings: Made of polyester elastomer with additives for lubrication and protection
Guide-rings: Made of thermoplastic material reinforced with glass fibers
