About PBO (PRESS BUTTON OILER)

A push button oiler (often called a ball oiler) is a small, spring-loaded lubrication component built into machinery to provide direct, clean oil to internal bearings and moving parts. It seals the oil port when not in use to prevent dirt from entering.

How It Works

Application: When you place the rounded nozzle of an oil can against the lubricator and press down, the pressure forces the spring-loaded ball inward.
Lubrication: Pushing the ball creates an open channel that allows a measured amount of oil to be pumped directly into the machinerys internal pathways.
Sealing: Once the oil can is removed, the spring immediately pops the ball back up, perfectly sealing the port.
